Sleeping

Its nice to have Alex off of the Oxygen monitors now. Its made for much better sleeping the last few nights. Instead of waking up to check on the boys every 15-20 minutes we can get a couple hours of sleep at a time. We get up and feed them around 10, 2, and 6, but outside of that they have not been waking up too much. Of course there is still the occasional poopy diaper in the middle of the night that will wake them up.

Alex sleeps so good. He really just wakes up to eat and poop. Occasionally he will wake up just and just look around for a while, but never does he get too fussy when he wakes up. The only time he really gets mad is bath time and when there are a bunch of people around. When our nieces and nephews ( most are 4 and under ) come over they all want to talk to and try to hold the kids, and Alex really doesn't like that. He gets a little upset at all of the commotion and noise.

Kevin on the other hand seams like if he's awake he thinks that means he needs food or at the very least some attention. Since Kevin is a little attention lover he does pretty well when other people are around. Of course they both still spit up a bit so when they are moved around a lot during the day when there is company around they both spit up a bit in the evening then. At night he won't sleep in the bassinet at all. We have started putting the swing in the bedroom and letting him sleep there, without turning it on.
